If I could choose between a Real Time future— with perfect, instant communication with anyone, anywhere and at any time— and a future where every computer system had a built-in fifteen second delay before every Send, Delete or Save was carried out and committed, I'd choose the latter.

 It would just be far less embarassing and frustrating, and in the long term it would probably save everyone time.
